I brought my truck to this shop beginning of December and asked if he could inspect the truck for any issues with it and get back with me. I wanted an estimate of to fix the issues with the truck and I would then make my decision to fix it based off of the price. I called numerous times to see if there was any update and didn’t get much information. He called me last week and said the exhaust manifold needs to be replaced. I asked how much that would cost and he only gave me the price of the part which was about 450.00 so I then asked what is the labor to install and he said he would have to get back with me. I never heard anything on pricing until today saying the truck was ready for pick up with a price of 6500.00 to replace the exhaust manifold as well as a diagnostic and maintenance such as oil change, filters, new coolant. He ended up charging me 5000.00 but I still wouldn’t have given him the green light to fix it. I understand this may be what he charges but I never received an estimate on what it should cost to fix it until it was already fixed. If you go with them be sure to get an estimate in writing!

I needed my work truck fixed while I was at the beach. They listened to what I wanted done and knocked it out. They called me and told me it was done right as I got back from Wilmington. Price was fair and I will definitely be back.

Had a driver lose all his water from big truck in Burlington, (THREE MILES FROM THIS SHOP) called these folks to go to him. 2 clamps ($18.34), Antifreeze ($108.80) Service truck charge was $65 and $281.25 for labor to put on TWO clamps=total bill was $505.34! Are there ANY decent, reliable, honest people left in this world? I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted that people treat others this way just because they can, because they know that driver is stuck and the owner is 3 hours away and has no choice but to hope they will be fair and honest, which they turn out not to be.
